The course was conducted in Sandy Sprints, GA and is one in a series of professional education sequences that must be taken by real estate agents and brokers who will eventually qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.
The course covered the preparation of business plans, marketing programs and operational budgets.
During the two-day course, students were subject to hands on development of plans and programs designed to ensure the professionalism of the residential sales associates.
